Terms of Service

Last updated: June 4, 2026. The agreement between you and Secretdesires AI App. Please read carefully before using the Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Secretdesires AI App and any related websites, applications and services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

  1. Acceptance. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
  2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law.
  3. Account. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials of your account and for everything that happens under it.
  4. Accurate information. Information provided during signup must be accurate and kept up to date.
  5. One account per person. Multiple accounts for the same person are not allowed unless we explicitly permit it.
  6. License. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  7. Intellectual property. The Service, including all AI models, code, design and brand assets, is owned by us or our licensors.
  8. User content. You retain ownership of the content you input. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the Service on your behalf.
  9. AI-generated content. Content generated by AI in response to your prompts is provided as-is. You should not assume it reflects real events or real people.
  10. Prohibited use. You must not use the Service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, harassing or that depicts minors in any context.
  11. No illegal activity. You agree not to use the Service in violation of any applicable law.
  12. No reverse engineering. You must not attempt to extract, copy or replicate our AI models or underlying systems.
  13. No scraping. Automated harvesting of pages, profiles or content is not allowed without our written permission.
  14. No impersonation. You must not pretend to be another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
  15. No abuse. Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing and similar behaviour will result in immediate termination.
  16. Subscription plans. Some features require a paid subscription. Plan details and prices are shown before checkout.
  17. Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
  18. Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current period.
  19. Refunds. We offer a 14-day refund window from your first payment if you are not satisfied, subject to anti-abuse checks.
  20. Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable VAT, sales tax or similar charges, which will be added at checkout where required.
  21. Price changes. We may change prices for future billing cycles with at least 30 days' notice.
  22. Free tier. The free tier is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  23. Third-party services. The Service may integrate with third parties; their terms and privacy policies apply to those interactions.
  24. Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
  25. Maintenance. We may schedule maintenance windows that temporarily affect availability.
  26. Beta features. Features labelled "beta" or "preview" may change or be discontinued without notice.
  27. Termination by you. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
  28. Termination by us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk.
  29. Effects of termination. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is removed according to our Privacy Policy.
  30. Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  31. No medical or mental health advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or legal advice.
  32. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  33. Indemnification. You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
  34. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  35. Changes to the Terms. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance.
  36. Notices. Notices to you may be sent by email or shown in-app; notices to us must be sent to support@ai-secretdesires.com.
  37. Severability. If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.
  38. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established.
  39. Dispute resolution. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
  40. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
